Jonathan Horton is a practising Queens Counsel. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Australian National University, a Bachelors degree in Laws from Sydney University (with first class Honours) and a Masters degree and a PhD from Edinburgh University (in law). He worked for Minter Ellison Lawyers as a solicitor in commercial litigation and intellectual property. Jonathan regularly advises Boards and Government. He is a member of the Queensland Government’s Appeal Costs Fund Board and has been a member of Boards of an independent school and a public library. Jonathan brings legal and compliance skills to the Board.
