KINDA, Gregory
Gregory Kinda was born in 1978 in Poland. He began his musical education on the piano in Australia at the age of six. In 1986 he moved to PNG where he was taught by his mother Krystytna Kinda. After completing the AMEB 8th grade in 1990, he returned to Poland, where he gained a Master of Arts at the Academy of Music in Katowice after studying for three of the customary five years under Professor Aleksei Maksymow. He continued post-graduate studies under Sigurd Slattebrekk in Norway and under Professor Ekaterina Popowa-Zydron in Poland. Gregory is currently studying a PhD in music performance at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music with Gerard Willems.
